Paderewski in the Service of Independent Poland (Paderewski w Służbie Niepodległej) is a project devoted to the life and work of the prominent Pole. An exhibition devoted to Paderewski will soon be on display during a concert at the Bristol Hotel.
Both as an artist and a prime minister, Ignacy Jan Paderewski directly contributed to Poland’s return to the world political map. The commemoration of Paderewski is a crucial element the celebration of the 100th anniversary of regaining independence,” commented representatives of the Służba Niepodległej Foundation.
On 20 September 2018, the audience of a piano concert and fashion show at the Bristol Hotel will have an opportunity to see a part of the exhibition: eight boards with photos and summaries of events from the life of Ignacy Jan Paderewski. The photographs are presented courtesy of the National Museum in Warsaw and the National Digital Archive. The Paderewski concert is one of the projects financed by the Niepodległa Grant Program.
